VOLUNTEERS

The Telesia Sport Event looking for volunteers to proactively contribute in the creation of the event. A sporting event of this size could never be achieved without the active participation of citizens. For this reason, the Telesia Sport Event team is counting on the enthusiasm and the desire to participate of young people, students and anyone feel proud to contribute, with its commitment to an event that aims to enhance the reputation and image of the Telesia Sport Event on the international scene.

The various activities of the volunteers will be preceded by training sessions that consist of a few hours of briefing in the days preceding the event; at the end of the same, all volunteers will be given the help of the staff and clothing to wear on the day of the event. During the days leading up to the event, the volunteers will be engaged in activities such as the preparation of race packages with the racing bib and information, preparation of material for the race refreshments, sponge stations, the signage and fence barrier along the route in order to ensure the safety of participants. On the day of the race, the volunteers will be divided according to their role: departure and arrival area, refreshment stations, sponging stations, route, luggage deposit, Expo Village and surveillance.
